Meet our Founder
Jensine Ines Madera is a Founder, Entrepreneur, and multidisciplinary Artist. She is the Founder of 32peces. Before coordinating a collective of Artisans and debuting an impromptu podcast on Spotify, Jensine spent over two decades in the creative services industry, including editorial fashion in print, shows, and styling. As the digital age of styling unfolded, Jensine took an interest in Tech through UX & UI design of the client communication interface. Then, she left the fast-paced startup world to raise her first born son.
Her work has been featured as a guest speaker at WiSTEM 1871 Tech Lab in Chicago and the University of Chicago, including the event “Mind your Career.” Jensine has implemented professional strategies for C-suite executives with personalized storytelling and customer insights to create compelling personal and professional branding capabilities. Proactively applying innovative techniques to increase development and awareness. Madera’s work is paving the way for new offerings through artistic disciplines in the marketplace. Her concept is to employ Artisans through active storytelling by the collective, and leveraging her professional and personal network to support this collective. Continuing to discover markets and training offerings of value systems for next-generation leaders.
